Today I started working on my proposal. I got about I paragraph done. Yesterday I was reading one of the books I got from the library for more information but this book is not every useful so far, unlike the other book I had.

Serial Killer – a person who murders usually three or more people over a period of more than 30 days with a “cooling off” period between each murder
