Today I finished looking for my website that will help me on my topic. Also today I came up with a couple more questions that I had about my topic. And I read a few pages of the book that Megan lent me. Over the weekend I was trying to think of different TV shows and movies that relate to serial killers or murders.

Signatures – is a part of his fantasy, a personal gesture that he feels compelled to leave in other to be satisfied
Linkage Blindness – Several similar homicides have occurred, police might deny that they are connected. They might refuse to check and see if there are related murders in other jurisdictions.
Modus Operandi (MO) - reflects what the killer had to do to commit the crime
Signatures - is a ritual something the subject does intentionally for emotional satisfaction - something that isn't necessary to perpetuate the crime

Serial Killer – a person who murders usually three or more people over a period of more than 30 days with a “cooling off” period between each murder
